Objective: The committee will plan and execute successful FFA events while setting a positive example to our fellow members using leadership skills.
Goal: Provide as many opportunities for members to gain leadership skills and grow within or beyond the chapter.
Plan: We will open opportunities to members to help plan FFA events. We will encourage members to run for officer positions, LDE's, and conferences. We will encourage members to be a positive role model as an FFA member.
